  Japanese Language BootCamp Brief Outline

Only Candidates who have already accepted for specific assignments in Japan are invited to JobStreet BootCamp.
Japanese language training is conducted for 3 months ( 1000 hours).

One Japanese native speaking instructor is assigned to work with 3 candidates.

1. Daily Schedule
Each candidate spends time daily learning Japanese from 8 am upto 6pm.

Some of the activities during the day are -
Review Tests, Lectures for Communication, Kanji, and Kumon.

After the dinner, candidates work on Kumon assignments and prepare for review quizzes on the next day.

Everyday candidates have 7 hour lessons, 3 hour Kumon study, and 2-5 hour self study in total 12-15 hour training a day.
2. Minimum Completion Requirements:
  1. Kumon E level: the 8th level out of 15 levels.
  2. 80% achievement level of "Can Do List"
  3. 90% achievement level in the final exam.
3. Target Achievement Level
After the completion, the candidates can:
  1. Immediately begin to work in Japanese language environment;
  2. Undertake necessary administrative procedures and go thorugh daily life by themselves in Japan;
  3. Attain threshold to make their Japanese communication skills improve naturally in their working environment;
  4. Continue Kumon correspondence study in Japan and finish all levels in 2 years;
  5. Make professional documentation in Japanese in 2 years.
4. Evaluation
During the training camp, the following evaluation are conducted to ensure the progress of all the candidates.
